Vida Vegan 2011
This is the first annual vegan blog conference and it’s being held in our fare city-PORTLAND!! It’s a little spendy but if you have the extra scrilla I would totally suggest checking it out. Otherwise, do like I’m doing and check out all the cool people and their blogs listed on the site and check out some of the stuff that’s out there in terms of vegan blogging, recipes, etc.

As many of you know I am involved in the Portland Women’s Crisis Line and wanted to let you all know about an upcoming event.
Dine 4 DV is an event where local restaurants have offered to donate a portion of their proceeds on October 21st, to local programs involved in supporting survivors of domestic violence, including PWCL.
